Governing the access and utilization of NomadNode distributed trading networks and institutional data systems.
Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and NomadNode, regarding your access to and use of the NomadNode.digital website and our proprietary trading networks.
By accessing our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our distributed systems, and must discontinue use immediately.
Infrastructure Provisioning
NomadNode provides low-latency data systems designed for institutional reliability. While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our public-facing digital assets, the specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our private execution environments are governed by separate bilateral Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- All infrastructure specifications are subject to hardware-level availability and regional data center regulations.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their local connectivity meets the requirements for our high-frequency data streams.
- We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance on our distributed nodes with minimal notice to preserve network integrity.
Operational Compliance
Our network nodes operate under strict Brisbane Tech 4 standards, ensuring that data sovereignty and latency requirements are maintained across all distributed endpoints.

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Attempting to exploit latency differences in a manner that bypasses intended network logic.
Decompiling or attempting to extract source code from our node distribution scripts.
Scanning or testing the vulnerability of our network without express written consent.
Interfering with service to any user, host, or network via DDOS or packet flooding.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
In no event will NomadNode or our directors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our trading networks, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our distributed systems without notice at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the site.
